Ways to Give

Gifts for the future of the Navy League

Gifts that pay you back

Gifts may be revocable or irrevocable.  A revocable, such as a charitable bequest in your will allows you to change your mind at any time but the tax benefits are not realized until death. Irrevocable gifts cannot be changed but you can benefit from an immediate income tax deduction. You part with an asset today, but the actual giving of the asset to the Navy League is deferred until after your lifetime – and that of a beneficiary, if you wish. During your lifetime, you receive the recognition as a member of the 1902 Society and the benefits it includes.
